Super Jumbo & Elite Home Loans
Standard jumbo financing often falls short for ultra-luxury properties. Our Super Jumbo and Elite programs provide significant liquidity, offering loan amounts up to $5 million with aggressive Loan-to-Value (LTV) options for high-net-worth individuals with strong credit profiles
Super Jumbo & Elite Loans for Luxury Properties
In the ultra-luxury real estate market, standard financing limits rarely apply. When purchasing primary residences or second homes valued in the multimillions, high-net-worth borrowers require specialized lending partners who understand complex financial profiles and high-stakes transactions.
MMC Lending’s Elite lending division offers Super Jumbo solutions designed to provide maximum liquidity for exceptional properties, going far beyond traditional agency loan caps.
How Super Jumbo Loans Work
While a standard "Jumbo" loan typically covers amounts over the conforming limit (around $766,550), "Super Jumbo" mortgages are designed for much larger acquisitions, generally ranging from $1.5 million to $5 million.
These loans are manually underwritten, focusing heavily on the borrower's credit strength, significant liquid assets (reserves), and the unique value of the property itself. Because these loans are held in portfolio rather than sold to government agencies, we offer more flexible leverage options than many traditional banks.
