My name is Jose Tapia. I am a bi-lingual Loan Officer for MMC Lending with extensive professional background in the mortgage industry. My journey initiated over ten years ago processing loan modifications. Since then, I have gained experience as a paralegal specializing in bankruptcy, short sale processing, and at present, a licensed loan officer. Through comprehensive understanding of FHA, VA and conventional financing programs, along with recognizing the value of my clients, and gaining their trust through diligent work; I strive to make a positive impact in their lives.
